Buying Land

There are many reasons for buying land. The ownership history of the land needs to be taken into consideration to confirm that you are dealing with the true owner.  Other aspects that need to be confirmed are easements, mineral reservations and/or oil and gas leases that encumber the property.  Access to utilities and road access are other major concerns.
